We recognise the need for practical tools that support individuals living with endometriosis and pelvic pain, helping them participate more fully in daily life. Access to a multidisciplinary team is not always within reach, so QENDOCare was created to provide an accessible solution.

QENDOCare offers inclusive support to women and people assigned female at birth, including those within the LGBTQIA+ community, across every state and territory.

Our team includes individuals with lived experience of endometriosis, pelvic pain and neurodiversity, offering support that is grounded in genuine understanding.

QENDOCare Program – Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

  • The program runs for 12 weeks and includes weekly appointments with our healthcare team designed to provide consistency, structure, and meaningful progress over time.

We encourage you to take a moment to reflect on your current commitments and ensure you’re able to attend weekly appointments throughout this period so you can get the most out of the program.

  • Weekly sessions ensure the best outcomes and help us provide safe, effective, and supportive care. Consistency also helps us maintain program integrity and fairness across all clients.

  • If you know you’ll be away during your program, please let us know during intake.

    • If your leave is longer than two weeks, we will recommend delaying your program start until after you return.

    • If your leave is up to two weeks, these weeks will be marked as an Interruption of Care, and you will forfeit those sessions. Your program will continue upon your return and end on the originally scheduled end date.

This helps ensure you receive as much consistent care as possible.

  • We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you experience:

    • a family emergency

    • a medical issue

    • a mental health crisis

    • or another significant challenge

These will be treated as a Pause in Care.

This means your program does not progress during this time, and we will resume from where we left off once you’re ready. You will not lose any weeks of care.

  • If we are unable to reach you after multiple attempts (via phone, SMS, and email):

    • Your program time will continue progressing

    • The non-responsive period will be marked as an Interruption of Care

    • Missed weeks cannot be made up

    • Care resumes only if/when you re-engage

      • If we do not hear back from you within 2-weeks, we will assume that you no longer wish to continue with the program, you will be issued a discharge letter via email and we will discharge you from the program.

This is part of our duty of care to ensure safe and continuous support.

  • Pauses are only offered for unexpected and significant circumstances.

Planned holidays or breaks do not qualify as pauses.

  • We understand commitment can feel daunting. If you’re unsure, please let us know — we can discuss your situation and help determine whether now is the right time to begin your care journey.

  • Where possible, we’ll work with you to find an alternative time that week. However, we also strongly encourage you to attend your scheduled appointment even if you’re feeling unwell, in a flare, or not able to participate fully.

Where possible, we’ll work with you to find an alternative time that week. However, we also strongly encourage you to attend your scheduled appointment even if you’re feeling unwell, in a flare, or not able to participate fully.

Because QENDOCare is a telehealth service, you can join your session from the comfort of home. You don’t need to be online for the full duration—even 10–15 minutes can give our clinicians enough time to provide support, guidance, or strategies to help you through whatever you’re experiencing. We never want you to feel like you can’t attend due to symptoms or illness.

Attending when you can—even briefly—helps keep your care consistent and ensures you continue receiving the support you need.

  • We understand that things happen. However, the number of failed-to-attend appointments can affect your care:

    • If you reach three failed-to-attend appointments, your care will be paused until you re-engage with us.

    • If we do not hear back over an extended period, we may need to discharge you from the program in line with our duty-of-care guidelines.

Open communication is always encouraged. If you’re struggling to attend or need extra support, please reach out — we’re here to help.

  • If your program ends early due to interruptions or lack of contact, you’re welcome to:

    • discuss your options with us, or

    • re-refer into the service.

We would love to support you again when you’re ready.

  • At the conclusion of your care:

    • We will provide a summary of your progress

    • Relevant information will be shared with your GP (with your consent)

    • We can discuss next steps or referrals for ongoing support if needed

    • We will also schedule an 8-week post-program check-in with our Nurse

  • Simply let us know as soon as possible. The more we understand your situation, the better we can support you and ensure your care plan remains appropriate.

  • No, you do not have to have a formal diagnosis to be a part of this program. If you have been diagnosed with, are suspected of having or are symptomatic for Endometriosis, Adenomyosis, Persistent Chronic Pelvic Pain, QENDOCare is the place for you.
