Hi, I’m Bri

I’ve been diagnosed with endo within the last two years, struggled to get answers since I started my cycle in my early teens. I had a lucky go of it (in comparison to the average wait time), as I have a very supportive and easily accessible healthcare, as I’m in the Defence Force, and I still had to fight for it. I was nervous for a surgery having never gone under before, but lo and behold, endo. This was a massive step in my life.

I wanted to attack this disease by going completely holistic, which initially overwhelmed me more. I didn’t have that guidance on which was the best path to take. I travel often and do find it difficult to completely eliminate or include things in my lifestyle. And despite my strenuous lifestyle and work life, I am resilient and strong and power through.

Currently, I manage my symptoms through a mix of holistic and conventional methods as not one method works for everyone.

I’m offering mentorship to those who were as lost and alone as I was, and I want to reaffirm that you aren’t alone and it’s not in your head — even if I’m just a person who has the ability to relate to you and to actively listen to what you’re going through.

I always go by the thought of ‘small steps’, you will get to the top if you just keep going!
