About Me: Gillian Gordon – QENDO Care Support Line Nurse

My name is Gillian Gordon, and I am proud to serve as the Support Line Nurse for QENDO Care.
I am passionate about providing compassionate, informed support to individuals navigating the complex, emotional, and often misunderstood journey of living with endometriosis, adenomyosis, PCOS, infertility, and pelvic pain.

My own lived experience with chronic illness has deeply shaped my career and my purpose. Diagnosed with Stage 4 Endometriosis at 27 after years of painful, isolating symptoms, I intimately understand the emotional toll these conditions can take. I have walked the road of uncertainty, fertility challenges, surgery, grief, and ultimately, the incredible blessing of welcoming two children into my life.
These personal experiences have made me deeply committed to ensuring that no one feels alone in their journey.

In addition to my personal experience, I bring professional expertise as a nurse with over 10 years working in women's health including the IVF space. I have supported hundreds of individuals and couples through some of their most vulnerable moments, offering both clinical understanding and heartfelt care.

What I Can Offer You:

  • A safe, supportive space to talk through your experiences, feelings, and challenges.

  • Guidance and information to help you navigate your healthcare options (not medical advice, but empowering information).

  • Support for decision-making, advocacy tips, and self-advocacy coaching.

  • Help in exploring resources — whether that’s finding additional support, clinics, specialists, or educational tools.

  • Compassionate listening, grounded in trauma-informed care principles.

  • Support for partners and parents, who often walk this journey alongside loved ones and need care too.

  • Follow-up check-ins to see how you're tracking and provide continued support where needed.

  • A reminder that your story matters, your pain is real, and you are not alone.

What I Cannot Offer:

  • Medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment plans. (I will always encourage you to seek advice directly from your treating healthcare professionals.)

  • Urgent or crisis mental health support. (If you need urgent help, I will help connect you with crisis services or recommend you contact your GP or mental health provider.)

  • Clinical care, prescriptions, or medical procedures. (My role is purely supportive and navigational.)

  • Formal case management. (I am here for guidance and support — not to replace your clinical care team.)

A Final Note:

Every conversation we have is confidential, non-judgmental, and centered around your needs and your journey.
I am here to walk alongside you, to help you feel seen, heard, and supported — wherever you are on your path.

Thank you for trusting me to be part of your support network. It is truly a privilege.

Warmly,
Gillian Gordon
