  • Hi, I’m Sadie. I am a passionate advocate for empowering women to be seen, heard, and respected and I wholeheartedly believe that every woman deserves to live the life she truly deserves to live.

I suffered from heavy menstrual cycles for 30 years and my personal journey includes breast cancer, clinical menopause at 44, endometrial ablation, oophorectomy, and double mastectomy with reconstruction. Living with osteoarthritis and bursitis, I stay active through dragon boat racing, leading a Heart Foundation walking group, and enjoying time outdoors whenever I can. If the sun is shining, you’ll find me at the beach!

My work in community wellbeing for the past 24 years has involved creating safe, supportive spaces for women to share their stories, which then led me to a career in health and menopause coaching, and a volunteer for Cancer Council SA.

As a QENDO mentor, I support women who, like me, have lived with heavy cycles, fatigue, dizziness, and pelvic pain - symptoms I once accepted as ‘my normal.’

My lived experience with pain and discomfort drives me to listen deeply and support other women as they navigate their own path. I practice what I teach: nourishing my body with whole foods, resting when my brain feels foggy, and from time to time enjoying the holistic benefits of sound baths and breathwork.

Now, I’m here to listen, to hear you, and to support you too.
