HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS
Flexible 6-Appointment Support Program
The Nurse Support Program is delivered across six appointments, tailored to your individual needs and goals.
Appointments do not need to occur weekly — the program is flexible and designed to work around your health, capacity and schedule.

APPOINTMENT TYPES:
INITIAL INTAKE APPOINTMENT
Your first appointment focuses on understanding your history, current challenges, goals and support needs.
This may include:
Symptom history
Previous diagnoses or treatments
Current concerns
Mental wellbeing check-in
Identifying areas where support is needed most
ONGOING SUPPORT APPOINTMENTS
These appointments provide continued support, education and guidance throughout your journey.
Topics may include:
Navigating healthcare systems
Surgery preparation/recovery support
Managing overwhelm or burnout
Workplace/study challenges
Relationships and intimacy
Self-advocacy
Accessing community support pathways
URGENT SUPPORT CHECK-INS
For patients requiring additional support during particularly difficult periods, urgent appointments and follow-up check-ins may be available where appropriate.
