Hi, I’m Cailin
Welcome to QENDO mentoring, my name's Cailin! I'm a trained speech therapist and have had some mentoring experience in my career previously.
I'm in my 30's and have been navigating endometriosis/adenomyosis for my whole life but unfortunately have waited a long time for a diagnosis - although I always had my suspicions. Since my diagnosis a year ago, I have been navigating the fertility and gynaecological implications with my doctors and pelvic physiotherapist. Prior to that I thought I was a PMOS girly only.
I can talk through tools I've used, and I have a strong skillset in evidence-based care that helps me communicate what I know and what I've learned within the scope of an endometriosis and adenomyosis patient. I enjoy staying active, have a passion for music, love spending time with my cavoodle and also enjoy cooking and eating quality whole foods.
I know the value of keeping a positive mindset and doing what you can where possible - even if that means slowing down at work or at home.
I look forward to chatting more and hope I can help demystify and support you on your own endo journey!
