Hi, I’m Paris

My name is Paris, I'm 27 years old. I have been diagnosed with endometriosis and adenomyosis. 

My journey started at the age of 12 with my first surgery at 21 years old finally getting my diagnosis. In that 9 years I had many misdiagnoses some mild some very serious and had been devalued and torn down by many health professionals. To date I have had 2 major surgeries, 3 minor procedures and 3 ketamine infusions. Navigating the healthcare system is challenging and often disheartening. Having someone in your corner is essential. 

I work full time in my own dog grooming business. Which I absolutely love! After walking away from my job back in 2020 due to being in a workplace that did not understand the hoops and stress I was going through with my health. Opening my own business was a gamble while juggling all these surgeries, treatments, appointments ect. But it's allowed me to advocate for myself more and give back in ways like being a mentor for QENDO. 

My passions are animals and true crime. Love a good true crime podcast on a day I need to just zone out! I love to collect rocks/crystals and even better when I find them myself while camping with my two dogs and partner. I love travel and wish to see Japan next year hopefully followed by New Zealand (and the list goes on) 

I'm extremely caring and helping uplift others when they are down is something that truly brings me joy. I’d love to help anyone in their journey no matter where they are in it. I would love to be the support you're needing.
